Local Lake Conditions and Fishing Reports
Water temps in local lakes are running in the mid to upper 50's. Fish are making their late fall migrations towards deeper water but there are some still being caught shallow chasing shad and feeding up for winter as the water continues to cool. Water levels are being pulled down for the winter drawdowns and may come up a little with all the rain this weekend. Cold muddy water can make for tough fishing conditions so look for those clearer, protected areas.
